SAM Assist provides general travel information, organisational tools, administrative support and practical human assistance. Information may summarise official sources, but users should always check the linked authority before acting.
Terms of use
You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and avoid submitting passport numbers, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive documents. Travel rules and prices can change without notice.
Check official requirements before paying for travel. SAM Assist is not responsible for decisions made by governments, airlines, accommodation providers or other independent third parties.
Privacy notice
Wapmass Limited operates SAM Assist and handles account identity, trip details, assistance requests, contact preferences and service messages to deliver and administer the service.
Access is limited to authorised users and operational personnel. We retain information only for legitimate service, security, record-keeping and legal purposes. We do not sell personal data.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements, by contacting us below.
Optional AI-assisted administrative review
If you actively choose this option when uploading a file, SAM Assist may use a contracted AI service to perform a private first-pass administrative review. The purpose is limited to extracting visible facts and identifying readability, dates, missing pages, inconsistencies or practical clarification needs.
AI findings are drafts and may be wrong. An authorised SAM Assist administrator must review them before applying recommendations or contacting you. AI is not used to make visa decisions, assess eligibility, predict approval or replace an authorised adviser. Declining AI review does not prevent manual support.
You may separately opt in when submitting the preparation questionnaire. In that case, secure AI-assisted processing may summarise your submitted information, identify missing or apparently inconsistent details and prepare draft workflow recommendations for human review. It does not make an automated visa decision, assess legal eligibility or predict an outcome.
Bookings and partners
Future flight or accommodation links may lead to independent providers. The booking contract will be with the named provider unless we clearly state otherwise. SAM Assist may receive an affiliate commission without increasing the displayed price.
